Refund policy

At Lugs and Dials, all vintage watch sales are final. Every piece we carry is one of a kind—with its own history, character, and condition—and once it leaves our hands, we have no way of knowing how it's been worn or handled. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Each watch is carefully inspected and prepared before it finds its new owner, and we simply can't resell it in the same way after it's been out in the world. We know that's a big commitment, and we don't take that lightly—so if you ever have questions before purchasing, or need advice on caring for your watch after, the Lugs and Dials team is always happy to help.
